- 40 g Wheat wrap
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 240 g Tomatoes
- 0.5 Red onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Lime
- 5 g Fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 220 g Canned black beans
- 100 g Romaine lettuce
- 30 g Grated cheddar
- 2 tbsp Chili sauce

First, prepare the quinoa according to the package instructions.

Meanwhile, cut the wheat wrap into thin strips, mix with half of the olive oil, and season with salt.
