Chicken Paella with Peas

Ingredients — 2 Servings
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g chicken breast fillets
- 80 g onion
- 3 g garlic clove
- 150 g yellow bell pepper
- 100 g paella rice
- to taste paprika powder
- 75 g peas, frozen
- to taste pepper and salt
- 20 g spring onion
- 80 g lemon, organic
- 400 ml chicken broth
Instructions

1 teaspoon olive oil and the paprika powder in a small bowl mix.

Cut the chicken breast fillets into pieces, marinate with the paprika-oil mixture, and let sit covered in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop the onion and garlic, and dice the bell pepper.

Add the remaining oil to an ovenproof pan and briefly sauté the marinated chicken on both sides. Then remove the meat and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper for 5 minutes.
