Pasta with Parmesan Beef Sauce

Ingredients — 4 Servings

  • 300 g Pasta e.g. Rigatoni
  • Salt
  • 500 g Beef
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 240 ml Cream
  • 240 ml Broth Vegetable or Beef Broth
  • 50 g Grated Parmesan
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp Parsley

Instructions

    Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot with plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain it and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.

    Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil in a pan and sear the meat on all sides for 5-7 minutes. Remove it from the pan and set it aside.

    Peel the onion and garlic and chop both finely.
