  • 1 piece Red Onion
  • 4 pieces Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 handful Mint
  • 2 handfuls Parsley
  • 1 handful Coriander
  • 2 pieces Garlic Cloves
  • 1 piece Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 piece Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Spice
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano Spice
  • 1 tsp Marjoram Spice
  • 100 g Ajvar
  • 50 g Tomato Paste
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 3 pieces Dürüm Bread

Instructions

    Chop all the ingredients except for Ajvar and tomato paste on a board with a knife.
