Ingredients — 3 Servings
- 180 g pasta
- 180 g raw mushrooms↗
- 200 g halloumi grilling cheese↗
- 1 piece raw zucchini↗
- 20 g baby spinach
- 1 teaspoon sunflower oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese or yogurt
- 200 ml still water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 30 g Parmesan cheese, at least 30% fat in dry matter↗
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the halloumi into small cubes and fry in a pan until golden brown. Then set aside.

Slice the mushrooms and zucchini. Sauté them in the same pan with a little oil until they are soft.

Add cream cheese and pasta water to the mushrooms and zucchini. Stir until a creamy sauce forms.
