- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 500 g Low-fat quark
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- Sweetener to taste
- 40 g Desiccated coconut
- 150 ml Low-fat coconut milk, canned

First, mix the shredded coconut in a small pot with a teaspoon of coconut oil over medium heat. Once the shredded coconut has cooled, press it firmly into a ball using plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

For the coconut curd, mix the low-fat quark with 1/3 of the coconut milk and some sweetener in a bowl.

In another bowl, mix the remaining coconut milk with the cocoa powder and whip it into a chocolate sauce.
