Chop the vegetables such as bell peppers and zucchini into small pieces, mix with the chickpeas, oil, salt, and pepper, and roast in the oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.

Divide the puff pastry into rectangular pieces, place the sheep cheese in the center of each, enhance with honey, chili, and pepper, press the edges firmly, brush with egg yolk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
