Lemon Burrata Pasta

Ingredients — 2 Servings

  • 250 g pasta
  • 50 g arugula
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 30 g red onions
  • 10 g basil seasoning
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 50 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 40 g Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 piece burrata
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • 1 sprig basil seasoning
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in boiling water until done.

    In a bowl, mix yogurt, cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, finely grated Parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper into a smooth cream.
