Brownie Cheesecake

Ingredients — 6 Servings

  • 160 g oat flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 30 g chocolate protein
  • 20 g psyllium husk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 bananas
  • 415 ml plant milk
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 200 g quark
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein
  • chocolate chips to taste

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C (356 °F) with top and bottom heat.

    Mix all the ingredients for the brownie base until a smooth mixture forms and pour it into a greased baking dish.

    For the topping, whip together quark, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla (add cinnamon to taste) until creamy, spoon it over the batter, and swirl it in with a fork.
