  • 1 piece protein roll
  • 40 g veggie mince
  • 240 g strained tomatoes
  • to taste salt
  • to taste Italian herbs
  • 1 tbsp erythritol
  • to taste chilies
  • 80 g light cottage cheese
  • 55 g light grated cheese

Instructions
