- 500 g ground beef
- 400 g spaghetti
- 400 g strained tomatoes/tomato puree
- 100 g bacon
- 150 g raw onion↗
- 50 g carrot, raw
- 50 g celery stalk
- 200 ml whole milk
- 40 g butter
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 whole bay leaf
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- salt and black pepper
- 125 ml red wine
- 80 g Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Cut the pancetta into very small cubes.

Also cut the carrots, celery, and onions into very small cubes.

Now heat vegetable oil in a pot and sauté the pancetta cubes alone for 1-2 minutes. Remove briefly.

Now sauté the carrots, celery, and onions in butter. Salt generously to allow the liquid to escape. Then remove them as well.

In the same pot, thoroughly brown the ground beef until it is crumbly and brown.
