  • 250 g lean ground beef
  • 6 pieces rice paper
  • 3 slices light burger cheese
  • 1 piece red onion
  • 1 piece egg
  • 20 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 150 g skyr
  • 1 tablespoon light ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard
  • 1 dash lemon juice
