Ingredients — 4 Servings
- 400 g Fusilli Protein + Barilla 400g
- 1 tsp Olive oil↗
- 2 pieces Shallot raw↗
- 1 piece Garlic clove
- 50 g Olives
- 1 tbsp Capers
- 0.25 tsp Chili flakes
- 125 ml Red wine
- 500 g Tomatoes baked Provençal style
- 150 g Tuna
- 1 tsp Oregano dried
- 1 tbsp Parsley leaf raw↗
- Pepper
- 40 g Parmesan
Instructions

Sauté garlic in olive oil with the shallots until they are tender and translucent (3-5 minutes).

Add olives, capers, red chili flakes, and red wine. Cook over medium heat until the wine has reduced by half.

Stir in crushed tomatoes, tuna, and oregano, and let simmer on low heat (20 minutes).
