  • 400 g reduced-fat ground beef
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3.5 tbsp strained tomatoes
  • 150 g yogurt 1.5% fat
  • 1 splash lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10 g butter
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • to taste sweet paprika
  • to taste cumin
  • to taste chilies

Instructions
