- 300 g Udon noodles (pre-cooked)
- 300 g chicken fillet
- 200 g pak choi↗
- 50 g peanut butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- as needed lime juice
- as needed water
- as needed sesame seeds
- as needed spring onions
- 1 tbsp chili crisp oil
- as needed salt
- as needed pepper
Instructions

Season the chicken fillet and either cook it in the air fryer at 160 degrees for 15 minutes or in a skillet.

Meanwhile, melt the peanut butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add lime juice and soy sauce to the melted peanut butter and stir well.

While constantly stirring, gradually add small amounts of water until the desired creamy consistency is achieved. The sauce will thicken after a short time.
