Ingredients — 2 Servings
- 200 g protein pasta
- 2 handfuls frozen spinach
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 ml olive oil↗
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 25 g sun-dried tomatoes
- 30 g red pesto
- 125 g cooking cream
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- to taste thyme seasoning
- to taste oregano seasoning
- to taste paprika powder
- to taste Parmesan
- to taste basil seasoning
Instructions

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until done, reserving some of the cooking water.

Sauté shallots and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Then add the halved cherry tomatoes and the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and sauté briefly.
