Chia pudding with banana and pistachio butter

Ingredients — 3 Servings

  • 2 pieces bananas
  • 140 g oats
  • 40 g chia seeds
  • 335 ml almond drink
  • 240 g skyr
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 60 g vanilla protein powder
  • 30 g pistachio butter
  • 30 g dark chocolate
  • pinch of salt flakes as needed

Instructions

    Peel one banana and cut it into pieces. Add it to a blender along with oats, chia seeds, vanilla, skyr, protein powder, and almond milk.

    Blend all the ingredients in the blender until a smooth mixture is formed.

    Pour the creamy mixture into small containers or glasses.

    Slice the second banana and place it on top of the mixture along with pistachio butter.
