- 500 g Spaghetti
- 250 g Bacon strips
- 100 g Grated Parmesan
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 7 pieces Carrots
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 1 tsp Olive oil

Cook 500 g spaghetti in boiling, salted water according to package instructions.

While the pasta is simmering in the pot, peel and dice 1 onion. Use a vegetable peeler to first peel 7 carrots and then cut them into wide strips.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry 1 pack of diced ham until crispy. Remove the ham from the pan and sauté the onion and carrot strips in the remaining fat.
