- 1 tablespoon erythritol
- 80 g Skyr↗
- 1 piece of plum
- 0.5 piece of pear↗
- 1 teaspoon dark chocolate↗
- 10 g hemp seeds

Separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolk with the sugar substitute and flour in a bowl to form a smooth batter.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the egg yolk-flour mixture.

Spread the batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 170°C (fan) for about 15 minutes.

Remove the baked dough from the sheet along with the parchment paper and place it upside down on a plate.
