Yeast Dumpling with Quark

Ingredients — 1 serving

  • 5 g Poppy seeds
  • 100 g Vanilla protein pudding
  • 50 g Jam (reduced sugar)
  • 250 g Low-fat quark
  • Sweetener to taste
  • 25 g Oats
  • 15 g Vanilla pudding powder
  • 250 ml Water

Instructions

    Mix the oats, vanilla pudding powder, and water in a bowl.

    Heat the mixture 2-3 times for 1 minute each at full power in the microwave, stirring after each minute. Alternatively, the mixture can be brought to a boil in a saucepan on the stove while stirring.

    Stir the low-fat quark with sweetener of your choice. Here, 1.5 scoops of vanilla flavor powder (equivalent to a sweetness of 75g sugar) were used.
