  • 80 g Greek Yogurt
  • 10 g Light Ketchup
  • 5 g Medium Hot Mustard
  • to taste Lemon Juice

  • 5 pieces Protein Wraps

  • 100 g Pickles
  • 5 slices Processed Cheese Toast
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 piece Garlic Clove

Instructions
