  • 8 g Chia seeds
  • 10 g Cocoa powder
  • 150 ml Almond milk
  • 110 g Low-fat quark
  • 10 g Hazelnut butter
  • 100 g Chocolate protein pudding
  • 10 g Hazelnuts

Instructions

    Combine oats, chia seeds, and cocoa powder in a bowl.

    Add almond milk and briefly place in the refrigerator to thicken. Best left overnight for meal prep.
