- 30 ml brewed espresso
- 23 ml egg white
- 12 g cocoa powder
- 20 g oat flour↗
- 30 g chocolate protein powder
- 25 g erythritol
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 60 g light cream cheese
- 30 g Greek yogurt
- 15 g vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp erythritol
- 1 tbsp brewed espresso
- cocoa powder as needed
Instructions

In a bowl, thoroughly mix all the ingredients for the brownie together.

Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined, ovenproof dish.

Bake the brownie at 165°C for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out almost clean.

While the brownie is baking, whisk all the ingredients for the cream in a bowl.
