  • 115 g almond flour
  • 5 g psyllium husk
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 125 ml hot water
  • 70 g egg whites
  • 3 g garlic clove
  • fresh chives to taste
  • 70 g butter

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 175°C.

    First, mix almond flour, psyllium husks, baking powder, and salt together.

    Then add apple cider vinegar, water, and egg white and mix with a hand mixer until a creamy dough forms.

    Spoon the dough in several small portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the middle rack for about 30 minutes.
