Stuffed Peppers with Ground Beef

Ingredients — 4 Servings

  • 4 pieces bell pepper
  • 0.5 piece onion
  • 1 piece tomato
  • 500 g ground beef
  • to taste chili powder
  • to taste garlic powder
  • to taste ground cumin
  • to taste pepper and salt
  • 250 ml salsa sauce
  • 25 g grated Parmesan
  • 80 g black beans, canned
  • 80 g corn, canned

Instructions

    Wash the bell peppers, carefully cut off a lid at the stem end, and remove the seeds from the bell peppers with a knife.
