Ingredients — 1 serving

  • 30 g spelt whole grain flour
  • 1 piece eggs
  • 10 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 7 g maple syrup
  • 8 pieces strawberries
  • 250 g low-fat quark

Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until a smooth mixture is formed.

    Pour the mixture into a microwave/oven-safe dish.

    For microwave preparation: Cook at about 800 watts for approximately 4 minutes.

    Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) for 15 to 18 minutes.
