Kebab with Tofu Koftas and Harissa Tahini

Ingredients — 4 Servings

  • 360 g smoked tofu
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp ground coriander
  • 5 tbsp chickpea flour
  • 1 piece onion
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 10 g parsley
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tsp harissa paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 piece flatbread

Instructions

    Crumble the smoked tofu and mix it in a bowl with tomato paste, soy sauce, salt, paprika powder, cumin, garlic powder, ground coriander, and chickpea flour.

    Knead the ingredients well until a homogeneous mass is formed.

    Shape the mixture into a roll and cut it into 8-9 koftas.

    Slice the onion.

    Spread the onion slices and cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet.
