- 360 g smoked tofu
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp ground coriander
- 5 tbsp chickpea flour
- 1 piece onion
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 10 g parsley
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 tsp harissa paste
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 piece flatbread

Crumble the smoked tofu and mix it in a bowl with tomato paste, soy sauce, salt, paprika powder, cumin, garlic powder, ground coriander, and chickpea flour.
