Ingredients — 6 Servings
- 500 g Mascarpone
- 250 ml Whipping cream at least 30% fat
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 500 g Strawberries
- 200 g Ladyfingers↗
- 1 tablespoon White sugar (granulated sugar/white sugar)
- 1 packet Vanilla sauce
- as needed Strawberries
Instructions

Mix mascarpone, whipped cream, and vanilla sugar in a bowl until creamy.

Wash the strawberries, cut one-third of them into small cubes, and then fold them into the mascarpone cream.

Process the remaining strawberries into a puree using a blender and stir in a tablespoon of sugar.

Briefly dip the ladyfingers into the strawberry puree and line the bottom of a dish with them.

Spread a layer of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
