- 400 g beef strips
- 20 ml soy sauce

- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 60 ml water
- to taste Sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 20 g honey
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 140 g rice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 onion

Cut the beef into thin strips. Tip: Place the steaks in the freezer for 45 minutes beforehand to make slicing easier.
