  • 400 g beef strips
  • 20 ml soy sauce
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 60 ml water
  • to taste Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 20 g honey
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 140 g rice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • to taste sesame
  • to taste oil

Instructions

    Cut the beef into thin strips. Tip: Place the steaks in the freezer for 45 minutes beforehand to make slicing easier.
