- 1 piece spaghetti squash
- 30 ml olive oil↗
- 0.5 piece onion↗
- 2 cloves garlic
- 750 g tomatoes, diced
- 3 bay leaves
- 200 g baby spinach, fresh
- 200 g grated cheese, vegan↗
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Wash the squash, cut it in half, and scrape out the seeds with a fork. Place the squash halves cut side down on the preheated grill.

Heat the olive oil in a pot, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, and add them to the pot.

Once the onions and garlic are sautéed, add the diced tomatoes along with the bay leaves.

In the meantime, cut the spinach into strips.
