- 4 g chunky blueberry lavender
- 3 g cream stabilizer
- 25 g light cream for whipping
- 125 g blueberries
- 2 pieces ladyfingers without sugar crust
- 1 g chunky
Instructions

Heat the blueberries together with one gram of Chunky in a small pot until a creamy consistency is achieved.

Stir the remaining Chunky powder into the low-fat Quark.

Whip the Cremefine with the cream stabilizer until frothy and gently fold the mixture into the prepared Quark.
