Ingredients — 1 serving

  • 200 g low-fat fromage blanc
  • 4 g chunky blueberry lavender
  • 3 g cream stabilizer
  • 25 g light cream for whipping
  • 125 g blueberries
  • 2 pieces ladyfingers without sugar crust
  • 1 g chunky

Instructions

    Heat the blueberries together with one gram of Chunky in a small pot until a creamy consistency is achieved.

    Stir the remaining Chunky powder into the low-fat Quark.

    Whip the Cremefine with the cream stabilizer until frothy and gently fold the mixture into the prepared Quark.

    Place the ladyfingers at the bottom of a dish, then spread the Quark cream evenly over them.
