- 250 g White cabbage
- 140 g Apple
- 20 g Spring onion
- 1 tbsp Mustard, coarse
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- to taste Pepper and salt
- 600 g King oyster mushrooms
- 1.5 tbsp Olive oil
- 1.5 tbsp Tamari
- 0.25 tsp Paprika powder
- 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
- 100 ml Barbecue sauce, gluten-free
- 250 g Burger buns, gluten-free

First, finely chop the white cabbage. Also, peel, core, and finely grate the apple.

Cut the spring onion into very fine strips. Mix the white cabbage, apple, and spring onions in a large bowl with mustard and apple cider vinegar. Season with pepper and salt to taste and let it marinate in the refrigerator.

In the meantime, clean the king oyster mushrooms and tear them into thin strips using two forks.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the king oyster mushrooms for about 10 minutes.
