- 2 eggs
- 30 g Parmesan at least 30% fat in dry matter↗
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tsp olive oil↗

Cut the potatoes into small cubes, this is important for a quicker cooking time.

Fry the potato cubes in a pan with some oil over medium heat until they are soft.

Cut the Maultaschen into strips and add them to the potatoes in the pan.
