  • 5 g psyllium husks
  • sweetener as needed
  • 30 ml espresso
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 0 ml water
  • 30 g Greek-style yogurt 2%
  • 25 g cream cheese preparation natural < 10% fat
  • sweetener as needed
  • 2 g cocoa powder

Instructions
