Bulgogi in Lettuce Leaves
Bulgogi is traditionally prepared over an open flame. However, it also tastes incredibly delicious when cooked in a pan. Served in lettuce leaves, it is a filling dish that requires little effort.

Ingredients — 2 Servings
- 1.5 pieces of onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp water
- 450 g filet steak
- 1 piece of spring onion
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 120 g salad leaves
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

First, peel the onions and garlic and chop them roughly.

Place the two ingredients together with the ginger and water into a food processor and blend into a creamy paste.

Next, cut the filet steak into thin strips and the spring onion into rings, then place them in a bowl.

Now add the onion paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey, and mix well.
