- 1 tbsp lingonberries
- 2 tbsp light butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 300 ml vegetable broth
- 250 ml Cremefine 7%
- 1 bunch parsley↗
- 100 g light cheese↗
- 500 g Köttbullar
- 800 g potatoes↗
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- to taste sweet paprika
Instructions

Peel the potatoes and cut them into a fan shape using two skewers.

Place the potatoes in the baking dish, season with salt, lightly spray with oil, and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius with fan.

Briefly fry the meatballs in a pan with some oil and then remove them.

Melt the butter in the same pan, stir in the flour, and gradually pour in the vegetable broth to form a smooth liquid.
