Lemon Salmon Soup

Ingredients — 3 Servings

  • 400 g potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g salmon fillet
  • 1000 ml vegetable broth
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 ml Cremfine
  • 1 handful dill
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche

Instructions
