High Protein Zucchini Ground Meat Pasta

- 400 g ground beef, cooked without fat (oven)
- 1 piece raw onion↗
- 2 pieces raw zucchini↗
- 400 g Protein + Barilla spaghetti 400g
- 500 g strained tomatoes/tomato puree
- 250 g Skyr, cream cheese < 10% fat in dry matter↗
- 2 tbsp fresh low-fat milk, 1.5% fat
Instructions

Chop the onion into small pieces. Dice the zucchini.

Sauté the ground meat with a little oil in a pan. Add the onions and zucchini and continue to cook until they are done.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water until it reaches the desired consistency.

Deglaze the ground meat and zucchini pan with tomato sauce and season to taste.
