Creamy Tortellini

Ingredients — 4 Servings

  • 500 g stuffed tortellini
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 fresh chili
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 4 handfuls cherry tomatoes
  • 50 ml white wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 250 ml oat cream
  • 0.5 bunch basil
  • 4 handfuls fresh leaf spinach
  • Parmesan

Instructions

    Cook the tortellini slightly shorter than recommended on the package and set aside for further processing. Reserve a ladle of pasta water for the sauce.

    Peel the garlic and puree it together with half of the chili pepper. Add the puree to a pan with butter and sauté briefly while stirring.

    Next, add the tomato paste and whole cherry tomatoes to the pan and heat for 2–3 minutes.
