Ingredients — 1 serving

  • 200 g low-fat Quark
  • 10 g hazelnuts
  • 100 g high protein pudding
  • 20 g chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 40 ml almond milk
  • 30 g chocolate protein powder
  • 15 g defatted almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

    Mix all the components for the base into a smooth mixture.
