Ingredients — 4 Servings

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 400 g pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 10 ml white wine (or light grape juice)
  • 100 g sour cream or creme fraiche
  • herbs
  • salt, pepper
  • oil
  • Parmesan

Instructions

    Peel and dice the onion or cut it into thin rings.

    Add oil to a pan and sauté the onion in it.

    Add the ground meat and fry until crumbly.

    Deglaze with white wine (or grape juice) and vegetable stock.
