- 1 piece whole chicken egg, raw
- 40 ml almond milk
- 15 g almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 15 g hemp protein powder
- 10 g cocoa powder
- as needed chunky
- 250 g low-fat Quark, low-fat Quark < 10% fat in dry matter↗
- 2 scoops vanilla shortbread (shortcrust pastry)
- 3 g psyllium husks
- 20 g dark/semi-dark chocolate
- as needed water

For the cake base, mix the egg, almond milk, almond flour, baking powder, protein powder, cocoa powder, and a bit of chunky in a bowl.

Pour the batter into a microwave-safe dish and bake at full power for about 3 minutes.

Let the cake base cool and then cut it horizontally into two parts.

For the cream, mix low-fat Quark with chunky vanilla and optionally psyllium husks until creamy.
