Ingredients — 6 Servings

  • 2 pieces bananas
  • 4 pieces eggs
  • 150 g sweet almonds, ground
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
  • 150 g blueberries
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 100 g natural cream cheese preparation < 10 % fat in dry matter
  • 30 g maple syrup
  • 50 g whey protein

Instructions

    Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork.
