  • 2 bulbs of fennel
  • 1.5 lemons
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 100 g Parmesan
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 1 handful of dill

Instructions
