- 120 g low-fat Quark
- 1 piece egg
- 30 g spelt flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp coconut blossom sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 35 g wild blueberries (frozen)
- 1 piece butter
- 130 g low-fat Quark
- 50 g natural yogurt
- 0.7 as needed grated lemon zest
- 10 ml maple syrup
Instructions

In a bowl, mix 120g of low-fat Quark with the egg.

Add spelt flour, baking powder, lemon juice, salt, and the zest from 2/3 of the lemon peel.
