Cheesecake with Applesauce

Ingredients — 4 Servings

  • 30 g Oat Flour
  • 30 g Vegan Protein Vanilla
  • Sweetener
  • 350 g Quark
  • 200 g Light Cream Cheese
  • 25 g Vanilla Pudding Powder
  • 1 piece Eggs
  • 50 ml Milk
  • Salt
  • 100 g Applesauce

Instructions

    For the base, mix oat flour, vegan protein powder, and sweetener with a bit of water to form a thick batter.

    Pour the batter into an 18cm baking pan.

    Bake the base at 185 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for 10 minutes.

    For the cheesecake, mix quark, cream cheese, pudding powder, egg, milk, sweetener, and salt.
