  • 1 piece red onion
  • 80 ml red wine vinegar
  • 400 g black beans, canned
  • 1 piece garlic clove
  • 13.5 ml olive oil
  • 5 g margarine
  • 4 pieces eggs
  • to taste pepper and salt
  • 1 piece avocado
  • 1 piece green onion
  • 6 pieces corn tortillas
  • 40 g smoked salmon
