  • 15 g grated cheese, low-fat
  • 1 to taste salt and pepper
  • 0.25 tsp paprika powder
  • 80 g mushrooms, canned
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 0.5 piece whole grain tortilla
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce

Instructions

    To start, whisk together eggs, cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika powder.

    Drain the mushrooms, halve them, and mix with the egg mixture.

    Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and spread the egg mixture on one half of the pan. Place the halved tortilla on top, press down lightly, and fry for about 4 minutes.
