Ingredients — 2 Servings

  • 35 g cream protein
  • to taste lemon juice
  • 40 g baby spinach
  • to taste garlic seasoning
  • 200 g Exquisa cream cheese 0.2%
  • to taste chives
  • to taste pepper
  • to taste salt
  • 140 g whole grain penne
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g sun-dried tomatoes
  • 5 ml olive oil
  • 100 g arugula

Instructions

    Cook the whole grain penne according to the instructions on the package.

    For the sauce, finely blend the spinach, cream cheese, cream protein, chives, lemon, garlic seasoning, salt, and pepper using an immersion blender.
