Vegan High Protein Tofu Carbonara

Ingredients — 2 Servings

  • 200 g smoked tofu
  • 60 g vegan ham cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 g high protein spaghetti
  • 250 ml soy milk
  • 200 ml soy cuisine light
  • 35 g nutritional yeast flakes
  • 2 pinches pepper
  • 1 tsp kala namak

Instructions

    Grate the smoked tofu finely and fry it together with the vegan ham cubes in a pan while you cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.

    Press the garlic and briefly toss it in the pan before deglazing the pan contents with soy milk and soy cream.

    Stir in the nutritional yeast flakes and pepper into the sauce mixture.
